I use an android phone and it will not show any of my downloaded music. The screen just shows grey blocks. I can see that my downloaded music is still on the app but I can’t access any playlists. Apart from completely removing the app from my phone are there any other suggestions. Is this a common problem?  Thank you.

This is a known issue and our devs are working in a permanent fix that should be available n the next version of the app.

The new version of the Deezer app for Android 8.0.34.5 should be available now.

I am on the most recent version. I may have to delete and reload
