Why offline mode doesn't allow to do anything?

Since a couple months I've experienced troubles while offline (not the offline mode). Even with already downloaded music It doesn't let me add to queue, play next or modify the queue, it says I must have internet connection. Also every time I move a song in the queue it scrolls back to the top, and having a 1000 songs Playlist it's pretty annoying. A lot of songs appear as not playable and other simply mark an error. I already cleared the cache, re-installed the app, extend the smart cache and nothing works.

Hi, could you please update to the latest Deezer app version 8.0.34.5 and let me know if the problem persists? Because there are some changes for the offline UX.
Thanks

Hi @Najwa Barrios

Have you checked if you have enough space/memory in your phone for Deezer?

I’ve cleared the cache of your account in our system and re-calculated the metadata of all your playlist, so this will help as well.

Try to increase the smart cache bar to the max again, play some music offline and let us know how it goes!
