Deezer constantly stops playing, how to solve?

Dear, this started to happen from this month, newer had previous this problem. When I turn flow or put Deezer to sleep in one hour, it just block and stop playing. It constantly happens on the same songs from my favourite artists, that I listen the most. So, I put it on flow and after 2 songs it just stop, so I had to open it and press try again and then it starts, but it is really annoying because I am not alwas right beside the device, so please help me to solve the problem, thanks in advance. This never happened before, P

I have this problem on android cell phone, it only plays 2-3 songs and stop. I did not try on other devices because I listen to Deezer primary on this device, this never happened before, I use Deezer fo so many years, usually put it to play and arrange to sleep in one hour before my sleeping time, because music relax me and introduce me into good sleep. I tried other similar platforms, but somehow I like Deezer the most because I use it for years and I am get used to it, but if this problem persist, I will have to change it, because this is really frustrating... Please, solve this problem and make me stay, because I read that a lot of people have the same problem and can not listen to the music continuously. Thanks in advance.

Second after one song played and first after two songs played, this happens constantly, I have to be by Deezer, it will not play other way...

Can you please try the following steps one by one and test if it works after each step?

  1. Restart the app (kill the app and remove it from the notification bar)
  2. Try another network (4G or Wifi)
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Delete all the cache & data from the app (Data and storage, and then “Clear all”), then restart the app
  5. Un-install the app and re-install the app

Please let me know if that works.

Did these steps, work? I have tried them and even on a new phone it still stopping randomly. Really annoying to the point where I will start trying other music apps. I hate it since I’ve been using deezer for quite a number of years.

Hey @Orlando Coro, do you get an error message when it stops? 

Is there maybe another app running at the same time?
