Why can't a member on deezer family access the account even if there are only 3 users? It directs to sign up for a new account? Help
Quand vous faites une recherche sur “zappa” (un très grand artiste quand même), le moteur transforme “zappa” et nous suggère les résultats de “zapp”. Première incompréhension. Si par malheur on clique sur l’onglet “Artistes”, on se retrouve avec 78 artistes, dont le fils de Zappa (qui s’appelle aussi Zappa) et 5/6 autres Zappa mais toujours pas Frank Zappa. J’espère que cela pourra aider.
I love Flow and I use it every day, but many times it always plays songs that I always listen to or that are very old. I would like us to be able to customize Flow based on whether we want to focus the session with more recent songs and discoveries or with already known music. Being able to choose if we want Flow to focus more on newer music and discoveries would make Flow much better and more attractive to users. Thank you so much
Songs that I didn't listen to appear in my just heard playlist. It started 2 months ago and I was fine with that, at first I thought it was my mistake but now it's quite annoying. I am from southeastern Europe and I would be fine if songs that appear in my just heard playlist are from my region, but there are from Asia. I checked devices that are connected to my account and there is only my phone. I changed my password quite a few times but it won't stop.

I recently found a track I really liked, I added it to my favourites and went to play it earlier and it had been removed but not by me and now I can't find or remember the name of the artist or song...
What can I do / Who must I contact for audiobooks which are not complete? I listen to Dutch audiobooks and at this moment I had 2 audiobooks that are not complete. Although this are mystery audiobooks I do not think it should not stop in the middle of the story.
Hi, We have a family account with several accounts, making it possible to listen to Deezer with 6 persons. So far, so good. But now the bad: We have Sonos and a car radio that only can have 1 account installed. My wife and I have the same account with all the favorite podcasts, playlists etc. So when I listen to Deezer at work and she is listening on the Sonos or in the car, it conflicts… Why isn't it just possible to listen with 6 persons, no matter on what account?? This is really inconvenient. Or am I missing something?? I can remember that is wasn't like this with Spotify.
Hi I have switched to the family plan 5 days ago. On the same day my annual fee was taken for the premium account. I have asked support to refund my premium annual fee (£107) because I am now paying monthly. I have sent 3 support requests about this but I haven’t got ONE reply from a human. I know where I can find the form, I need somebody on the other side to look into this case please. Thanks
I really cannot afford to subscribe this Deezer an entire year. I really need Deezer to pay me back. You can let me subscribe for a month. I hope you can let a student like me not subscribe for a year. Sorry I did this mistake.

Olá. Já tentei de todas as formas logar meu Deezer com minha conta Tim , eles pedem para eu confirmar com um código, só que não enviam nem para o email nem para o SMS . Preciso do meu Deezer Premium pela conta da Tim . Podem resolver isso por favor ?
Great app. ❤️ Deezer, but basic functionality is not really there. For example, the search decides for itself when it works. For some reason, the swiping up animation in the new update is very laggy. Downloads aren't really offline without an internet connection. Deezer's ability with the Google Smart Home is good, but it is still not available in many countries ( using Google Home voice commands), and how can you not move tracks in que? Deezer Connect is basically a gimmick.
I accidentally deleted my playlist on the page to move the playlist to other platforms and I ended my subscription now I have to subscribe again to just get my playlist back 😭😭😭, solo necesito que restauren la playlist
I’d appreciate some functionality that lets me group/sort albums and artists in a hierarchiecal manner, perhaps similar to a playlist.

I have subscribed for a Family account and sent the invite link to my family member, who has an independent account - now it is Premium account, but subscription has been cancelled and expires within two days. the instruction says that they have to have a Deezer Free account in order to join a Family. Since Deezer Free is no longer available in my country would it be possible for them to join as an independent account when their subscription expires?
Hello - with the roll-out of Deezer for Google Home in the UK, I was hoping that this would also be available to Irish customers. Do you have any plans to make Deezer available through Google Home customers in Ireland? Thanks.
The app is stop working frequently and cannot be used. A message indicate that there is another app in use with the same credentials. bug valid for all platforms and there is not related to the beta version

Hi, I have been enjoying a premium account in Malaysia at 14.90 RM / month for 3 years now. Last week however I received an email from Deezer informing that the monthly payment did not go through. I checked with my bank and it seems all good. Now when I connect to my Deezer account I’m asked to subscribe to a premium account and it directs me to a page where the monthly fee is way higher than 14.90 RM… = 10.99 $ / month. I guess this is USD ? Has anyone faced the same problem which seems to be more a huge price increase than a problem of payment ????? This looks rather dishonest from Deezer should this be the case. Thanks for the feedback.

I just noticed that i am paying too much with my subscription, almost 30 aed, its time to unsubscribe..
I want to add my husband to deezer family, but he has a premium account that is part of his mobile phone contract. If he tries to accept the invitation, we receive the message that he should have a free deezer account in order to accept. It is not possible to cancel the premium account because it is part of the mobile phone subscription. How can we add him to family deezer? Because now we pay for family and for 1 premium account.
