just about everyone here on the forums are fellow subscribers such as yourself, and therefore do not have access to your account. I would suggest opening a ticket with deezer support so they can assist you.

If you are subsribe to Deezer ,they will charge you even if you do not use Deezer  . 
I think you need unsubscribe from Deezer .
