I have a premium account and suddenly can only listen to  30 seconds of each song. This is driving me crazy as I only can find comments from people having this problem on free versions.

It could be possible that your are using the wrong email address. Please check your email address, just to be sure.

getting 30-second song previews is almost certainly an indication that your account is being recognized as a deezer free account and not a deezer premium account.

as @awesomemac suggested, you could have used an incorrect email address or something similar. If that doesn’t resolve your issue, I would suggest opening a ticket with deezer support so they can assist you.

Did you check your Deezer subscription status ?

Maybe you are on Deezer free like @GropplerZorn said .

 

How to check your Deezer subscription status

iOS Android

  1. Go to Settings Settings.png
  2. Select Account management 
  3. Select Manage my subscription

    You will be able to view your current subscription, the date it began and the date it will end

Tip: Select See plans to view all the plans that are available to you

 

Desktop

  1. Go to your profile Profile.png
  2. Select Account Settings
  3. Select MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION

    You will be able to view your current subscription, the date it began and the date it will end
