I have deezer premium paid through an operator in Serbia. Now I'm in Germany, can I put my favorite folder on download so I can listen even when I'm offline. Can I get a fine if those songs are downloaded from the internet on deezer in Germany?

You can download your songs for offline listing, even in Germany. And no, you don’t have to pay for it...but keep in mind:
- There can be WiFi fees when using this in a hotel or something.
- Your mobile operator could charge you with using your data abroad. Please check your mobile operator. Normaly in Europe you don’t have to pay extra for this.
