This is a bug at least 2 years old. Sometimes(hard to reproduce ) my favorite Playlist plays in reverse order, when sorted by recently added. Usually resolves itself, sometimes needs a device restart. When will it be fixed?
Hi, i have subscription for deezer family since 2022. And now i am surprised that my added family members cannot use it. I am getting a message that this user no longer benefit from deezer family. can i know the reason!?
My question is I have had a FREE account for many years and a playlist of songs the free versions playlist will be a lower resolution/ fidelity as well I assume if I decide to subscribe to PREMIUM. With higher resolution/fidelity can anyone advise regarding the existing playlist I have What resolution fidelity on playback will I have ??? The same as now or will thru DEEZER Magic. Will all my playback lists OLD a& NEW be at the higher resolution??? Thanks everyone.

At present Deezer connect is not part pf the Desktop app in MacOS, but if you want to control your iPhone app, say, you need a separate IOS device to do that. In the absence of such, you can’t slob out on the couch switching songs etc remotely. If we accept the fact that most opf us stream music, but not all have multiple devices to hand, wouldnt this be a good idea?You know it makes sense 😎
Is there a way to transfer downloads (on deezer) to another device also using deezer? An example is that on my phone I have Schmaltz by Spanish Love Songs downloaded and want to get it onto my iPad. Is there any way to do this without other music applications?

Guys, this is REALLY annoying! It seems that if I travel or for some reason unknown reason, my Deezer Family package jumps from Family to Premium! It happend this last few days, for the third time!I have subscribed to Deezer Family years ago and every now and then it seems to just jump back to Premium!Please look at my account, you’ve been collecting the money for Family, month after month! No change! This can’t happen EVERY time I travel for work to the uK for example, then NO ONE in my family is able to use it!I did not change the country on the Deezer app!!!! Nor with Apple!!!I really really dont want to go to another streaming service! Please fix this!
My "find a song" isn't working
Look at this ass, dont look to deep, its my car. ;)Since timer came with an update, I can't turn it off when listening to music on my BT phones. On my computer it seems to work fine, but on my BT phones music playback stops all the time and always a second into the next song, sometimes after one song, sometimes after two or five songs, always completely random. I turn off the timer with the "clock icon" that is there, but it doesn't help.Please arrange a global setting where we can turn off the timer function completely, I understand those who listen to podcasts, but me who only listens to music all day at work, or all day cruising in my 1969 Mercury Marcuis convertible or in my 1994 Ford Mustang or in my 1987 Ford Sierra stationwagon, I does not want to start playback every 2-30 minutes in BT mode. Please!My phones that I use are Samsung S20, OnePlus 10 Pro and One Plus 10T along with BT on my Peltor WS liteCom plus and varius BT Speaker and my cars, in my newest carEuropean 1987 Ford
Greetings, I would like to point out that when casting to a Google cast device and the mid song click to play next Deezer abruptly cuts the songs, makes some popping noise and then plays the next song. This happens on both Android and iOS devices. I then tried the same thing with Spotify, but that does not happen there, it switches seamlessly (granted it takes 0,5 after clicking next song but at least it doesn’t make popping noise and just stops the song abruptly). Then I also tried casting to the same device over Airplay with the iOS device and it also doesn’t make the popping noise. From this I can deduce that either Google cast has to make a better transition between songs, or Deezer has to change it. Cheers,
