I’ve noticed that the Friday new releases page may have one or two artists I am interested in but the rest are either artists that have the same name as some I have listened to before (not enough to be favorites - but that’s another issue) or are artists I don’t know - and it’s always the same names! See image below for an example from today: Sprints is an artist I would be interested in their new releases, 999 is an artist I have listened to occasionally and added their songs to a playlists etc, so that’s fine, I guess. Every single other one after that are artists with the same name as artists I like, but are all the wrong artists! Every single one! The “new releases for you” on the main Deezer page is far more accurate (not perfect, but way better) - why are these two sections so different? I rarely use Spotify, but when I look at their Friday new release list, it has some artists I have saved as favorites and others that at least sound like those bands.
Hi I’m asking Alexa to play my favorite tracks. It says: Favourite tracks from Deezer…..I’m having trouble getting that right now. Please try again. WHat is the problem and how can it be fixed? It recognizes other requests like if i ask for a specific artist. Also, how do i disable Flow. THe music on it gives me a headache.

I would like to shuffle directly from my artists favorite on Deezer, but I only can do it by favorite tracks. How can I do that?

Despite my subscription being active, and the next payment scheduled for September 10th, I am currently unable to access any of the premium features. I am unsure why this is happening, as my payment details are up to date and there have been no interruptions in service until now. I have paid for my subscription, twice actually!! I have logged out of my account multiple times, I have deleted and redownloaded the app and nothing is working!! Either get my subscription back or refund me!!
I am using Deezer in a web browser on my PC. Since this morning a cookie banner pops up asking if I want to accept or reject cookies. However, the relevant buttons only flash up briefly then disappear, and I can’t click on anything to get rid of the banner. This means I can’t play anything.
I think more attention should be given to classical music. For example, it would be useful to have a handy interface with classical music sorted by artists. Now when we look up a classical song you get dozens of versions of a piece played by different orchestras. This should be much clearer.
Take a cue from other apps and create a user-friendly interface. If this continues, I'll have to cancel my membership.

Hi, When using TuneMyMusic to export playlists, I can only find and select the main account’s playlists. The “sub” accounts of my family account are nowhere to be found. Any clue? Copying playlists across accounts when having hundreds of playlists is really not easy because of the amount, and the re-syncing needed regularly. Thank you for your help.

Hi All, I have subscribed to family.. I manage to add 3 members with eaze. I'm left with 2 free members and now I can't add or invite. When I invite it confirms with new members then will have say 'error try again later' it's been a week now. Why am I not able to add new members? :-(

The customer rep responded quickly, so no complaint there. hello, there are playlists that haven't been updated since april. how is that possible?
My credit card was compromised around the time of.deezer plan renewal , so my account got suspended for couple of days till I got my new card Once activation again , family member was gone from list I can't rememebr how.it was created , by email or by username I want to make sure they get their favourite music back , can you assist and let me know what it was
When I open a Deezer website link for a song, I should be able to open it with my Deezer app For a specific example, I'm on Android 13 using a Pixel 7. I have Deezer version 7.0.25.49. When I click on https://deezer.page.link/b8ywrXxhuLtnk47f6, it always opens in my default browser instead of the Deezer app. Even the “open in app" feature is greyed out. I think this is similar to But that request is for the desktop app. I cannot find any threads about this feature on the mobile app.

I noticed the shuffle button is missing
I have subscribed to Deezer premium however it’s still saying I’m on the free version and keeps asking me to pay again yet when click to pay it says I already have premium. Have logged in and out twice and still saying same thing
