De gustibus non est disputandum Unless someone without a taste is running a genre section that he doesn’t understand. Dance music and whatever it respresent is not ELECTRONIC. Before, I used to enjoy various serious, underground club and electronic music coming from curators of electronic genre section. Now it’s full of euro trash, shopping mall music, autotuned hysterical trance. You can’t mix Moderat, Tonny Lioni, Maceo Plex, Robert Owens with Dua Lipa, Ava Max and Mike Posner.I mean.. you can if you have no clue about electronic music. Ever since new editor took place, I can’t find, can’t hear, can’t explore new music which deeply downgraded my Deezer experience. I won’t be renewing my subscription. It will be goodbye from me. Thanx.

I am writing to complain about recent changes in the last couple of weeks (June 2024) in the “new releases for you” section of the app (both Desktop and mobile). This used to be quite a useful (though by no means perfect) way of seeing releases by artists I have previously listened to or other ‘similar’ artists. Very recently this has become terrible, whereby approximately 95% of the ‘recommendations’ are not artists I have listened too, and worse are not even remotely similar to artists or styles I do typically listen to. I have fairly eclectic taste but 90% of what I listen to is notionally within the rock / indie / folk genre, so to get recommendations for obscure “latin hip-hop” is not helpful. These erroneous recommendations mean that I can miss out on releases which would interest me. Has your programming / algorithm been updates in recent weeks to make this happen, or has my account been hacked perhaps (by someone with very different tastes to me)?! I have attached a screen grab

Specifically, allow users to control smart speakers such as Amazon's Echo via Android. In the same way we can control the desktop app via mobile devices.
Anybody encounter that the hifi music is playing only 30 secs? If yes, how did you fixed it?

Hi all, slightly new Deezer user here. Using primarily on iOS and sometimes desktop. I’m wondering if there’s a way to view the songs that I’ve added to favorites by an artist. Coming from Spotify, there’s a section on an artist’s page where you can find songs by them that you’ve previously saved. This makes it easy to listen to just your favorite songs by an artist, rather than shuffling their discography or choosing a specific album. I haven’t been able to find an equivalent feature/menu on Deezer. Am I missing something?
This is more of a complaint towards Deezer themselves if they ever read this. “My top month” is what I listen to the most as it was the one feature where there wasn’t any extra music added in that I have no interest in. I was disgusted to discover that now when I want to listen to My Top month every 2nd song or so is now completely random and I still get bombarded with adverts. So at best the time I have to listen to music I want to listen to has been cut down drastically. This has really annoyed me. Could be time to change to another provider after a decade of listening to Deezer. Am I the only one that thinks this? Thanks Fraser

Can we use a "Passkey" to securely sign into Deezer.com on lPC/laptop (yet)? Just curious. It’s a becoming a wee bit tedious clicking on photos of fire hydrants or motorcycles frequently when I sign in into Dezzer.com on my laptop. Glad for the security though. Any ideas or news?

Good day. I’m as a main in family account create for all members “independent” accounts with their log and pass . One of the parts of family account logged out by (don’t know why) and after entering with the same email it is empty favourites, and show that it is on the free account. would you so kind to write for my email, cause I don’t want to show my email for common.

Why is it that when I go to maybe an email or I go to another web page off my diesel music app it goes back to the top of the playlist instead of staying where it was don't you have the technology to do that? $11.99 a month really? MUVE Music used to....js smh
Hi I have been using the Deezer app for about a year now and around two weeks ago the app suddenly logged me out. I relogged but 5 minutes after it did it again. This has been happening for two weeks now and i cant find a soulotion. Can anyone please help me? Thanks
Hi guys!, basically I lost my old plan I've used for like 10 years, because my payment declined, according to support can't get it back which is a shame I want to support this project however I don't see major changes on app or features to justify the increase (doubled price), I'd like to try new options, and I want to export all my playlists and favorites, but since I live in a country where free version is not available, cannot access my account at all unless I pay, which I don't want to, just to access my information, is there a way to accomplish this? Hi, I have a problem with my month in music. I am not receiving the email with the monthly recap, even though my Listening habits are activated in the notification section of settings. I already checked in the spam section of my email, but I cannot find anything. I have this issue since I renewed my Student account. Thanks for the attention, looking forward to your answer.
