Hi,

i had 5 members in my family account. When reactivating the account, only 3 show up. Can you please help me out?

After checking our system, I noticed that you subscribed to an annual Deezer Premium plan, not the Family plan through Apple.

In this case, I suggest you first contact Apple to request cancellation and a refund for your Deezer Premium subscription. After completing this step, please contact our Customer Support. They will need some personal information from you to finalize the process of adding your Family plan and the profiles.
