Hello @Ma Baziulis apologies for the delay.
May I asked if you have all your devices synchronised? Might be the case that the music stopped in one and started again the next day in your second device.
If you could provide screenshots of the queue list would be very helpful too.
Thanks for your help and apologies for the inconvenience
Have been using the "Shuffle my music" feature for many months myself and have never had these kinds of issues. However...
How to shuffle your musicThere are thousands of favorite tracks, albums, and playlists of mine it should choose from, but it is so bad and repetitive now. It does keep selecting the same songs over and over.
When I start the "Shuffle my music" feature from the Deezer Android app, the listening queue actually changes, but almost half of the songs had already been shuffled the previous time or the time before.
And also when I start the "Shuffle my music" feature from the Deezer Web Browser version, the listening queue actually changes again, but still almost half of the songs had already been shuffled the previous time or the time before.
Since the issue occurs with both the Android App on my phone and the Web Browser on my notebook, I think it evidently has to do with some recent Deezer changes algorithm-wise.
I asked Deezer Support and provided all the necessary screenshots. At my insistence, they had to admit they were "...currently working on enhancing the Shuffle feature...". I could not find out more, though. It was the Deezer feature I liked using the most. Now it is broken and I do not know when they will ever fix it.
