Hey, i was just wondering, there are like lyrics for one song out of ten or twenty, and only for really popular ones, why just not switch database? I know Deezer right now uses lyricfind, but they don't even let users add their own, Spotify and Yandex music are using Musixmatch as database, And most of the songs are synced or at least have lyrics, and if now, they will be added like a week or two after because users add lyrics by just going to Musixmatch app and syncing them up or adding, there are even translation of them for non native speakers!
Hey! I’ve tried to switch from Spotify to using Deezer a couple of weeks ago, mostly because of the FLAC quality and Spotify annoying me by giving worse and worse music suggestions and shuffle playing the same music over and over again. And I want to give some feedback of my Deezer onboarding experience to maybe improve some things. While I really like the core features of Deezer I am also really, really struggling to finally replace Spotify with it. For example I learned, that it currently is impossible to use Deezer as music source in Google Home in most parts of the world. Which is disappointing because I used Spotify as music alarm Clock on Google Home. And also for some background music while reading in bed. Which means with Deezer that either I now have to get along without these things or that I have to come up with a likely worse self-built solution - if even doable. Also I don’t get why Deezer allows itself to be shut out by Google like this. Since it is basically forcing Spot

I just noticed all profiles on our Deezer family account disappeared. What’s happening Deezer? Some of these profiles have being in use since 2017

I have been in contact with Daniel . The problem has been reported. All of my downloads are now showing as not being downloaded. I have a fairly big music collection with Deezer and I have paid every monthly fee . This is annoying to the point that I will now cancel my subscription in full ifvit is not corrected soon. I use my phone and tablet as a form of relaxation . I can't seriously download them all a second Time only to lose them again after paying for them . So look can I please get a response??? That makes sense.
Just wondering why the "Most Played" sort option for artists has been removed from the mobile app? This was present in the mobile app for a long time, but not the Desktop app, and seems to have been removed in an update to the mobile apps UI. It feels regressive to remove sort options instead of expanding available options in other areas.

I started playing a playlist that I created, but then after some seconds or songs, the playlist changes to another one, randomly. I have the Premium Deezer, so I don’t know what’s happening.

I noticed that since some months ago the “most played first” type of organization/filtering on the playlists had vanished on pc (started a topic but wasn’t answered :/) but at least on the mobile version everything was fine. Until now. I don’t know if this is intended but as opposite from the albums page, the playlists page has a whole different layout where the covers are really small and you can’t switch that, also the organization/filtering now doesn’t have the “most played” then (now only in albums) then (now only in albums) these big covers were so beautiful now :( now I guess it’s intended but i’d like to say the older version was so much more practical and also prettier, it’d be good if the “most played” were added again and this organization in lines were kept BUT there was a way to switch to the one with big covers side by side.
Just got the below email and wondering what's going on. I'm in the Caribbean, Jamaica specifically. Spotify recently entered the market so I guess I will be switching. We appreciate that you're part of the Deezer Free listening community; however, sometimes good things come to an end. Deezer Free will no longer be available in your country as of 19/4/2022.
I am pretty sure this is a bug: Say you search for a music on your Deezer app -- e.g, Olhos Coloridos, Sandra de Sá. Music is found, we like the song and we want to hear it and other songs alike. We then click the three dots/options to choose "Launch Track Mix". A "Track Mix" is indeed launched _but the song we searched and used to launch the tracks mix is *not* there_. Such behaviour is completely unexpected. **Expected behaviour**: When I ask for "Launch Track Mix", the song I'm using to launch the mix should be the first one in such mix: If the music is already playing, it does *not* stop/restart or anything disruptive should happen, the app should simply start a new playlist/mix with the current song at the top. If the music is *not* already playing -- like in the result of my search, for instance --, then it should start playing *as* the first song of such mix.
I don't know how to fix this but I do know I have been paying to use a service and can't access it. It has been like this for a while and I'm thinking about cancelling my subscription because of it. I'm losing money with this! Please help!!!!!
I've been a Premium user for years, this has never happened before and now all of a sudden this keeps popping up every damn time I open the app on my phone. Why??
I’ve noticed that a lot of the API searches produce irrelevant matches, especially when it comes to looking for a self-titled album. Here’s an example: http://api.deezer.com/search/album?q=artist :“Kool and the Gang” album:“Kool and the Gang” should return http://deezer.com/us/album/8449361, but for some reason it returns the greatest hits album, http://deezer.com/us/album/70763392. If there was a date field (e.g. q=date:”1969”), this would be easily overcome.
