Someone is using my account!

I keep seeing artists in my 'Recently played' that I have not been searching. I have tried changing my password multiple times with no luck and I've tried to look at my linked devices but only my phone appears and no others devices are listed. What is happening?

Hello @Sean Macdonald I am sorry to hear that.
I’ve made some adjustments in your account and also sent you a password recovery link via email.
Please click on that link and proceed to change your password. Then login again with the your email linked to the account and the new password.
Let me know if that works :)

The problem is still happening. May have to cancel Deezer over this.

Hi…

May be your deezer account also is linked to and being used with a audiosystem like Sonos or with a voice assistant service like Amazon Alexa. Music played there would be shown in your recently played list.

If so, this isn‘t shown under devices in the deezer mobile app. You can check it logging into your deezer account on web version using an internet browser. At account settings… more… my apps… you can find and delete all services that are linked to your account.
