Hello!

I have two phones - work and personal. I have been playing a Deezer playlist called 'Nursery Rhymes' mostly on my personal phone for my baby daughter. Suddenly it has a lock icon - I can't see tracks (or play it as a result). I primarily use my personal phone for Deezer when I am home.

I don't have this problem on my work phone. Any idea why this is?

I'm experiencing the same issue, do you have any resolve?

Nothing unfortunately. It's infuriating as I prefer not to use my work phone at home, especially in the evening unless I have to. I've logged out and back in, no improvement. I've cleared all data, no improvement.

I'm stuck.

Hey @BuffaloWings

Could you please take a screenshot and post it here?

@dee_dirk certainly - see below

This playlist is as seen from my home phone. My work phone shows all the nursery rhymes / track listing and is playable.

@BuffaloWings

Hmmmmm…

I tried to reconstruct with 2 accounts and 2 iPhones. The 'private playlist' setting is not the cause, I can rule that out. Even if I set an account completely to 'private', I don't get a lock on the playlist.

You have a single deezer account on both phones, right? Are they both Android devices or is the business smartphone an iPhone?

Are other playlists affected?

@dee_dirk

Both the same account, both android phones, both worked identically until last week then suddenly this playlist stopped working on the personal phone.

The playlist itself is deezers own public playlist, by Marika (UK and Ireland)

Interesting.
Unfortunately, I can't find the Nursery playlist in Marika's profile. Do you have a link to the playlist please?

@dee_dirk

You know, I hadn’t considered if Marika had removed the playlist. And upon checking their profile it is indeed not there. I guess this answers why I cannot see it on my personal phone, yet doesn’t answer why it is still available on my work phone.

Thank you for your assistance on this - at least we have a cause now
