Just wanted to suggest a small but significant option be restored on the Deezer Android app (and possibly the desktop and iOS apps). The Equalizer option in the Audio settings section. There it was before the May 31st 2022 update and as soon as I open the app after the update it's gone. It's an important little option if you're a Premium subscriber as the FLAC files reflect smaller changes in the frequency band than that of lower bitrate streaming subscriptions. Not every device had this option but for those that did and do, it's a frequently used tool. Here's hoping it finds its way back to the Android app.
First off to Deezer: THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE IN 2022. Now: why is it that when I log in on my iPhone I can see all the songs added to a playlist but when I log out there & log in to the above iPad it does not show all my songs in a particular playlist? To my mind this is TOTALLY PATHETIC on a mainstream software app. Wake up Deezer or I walk. Any answers elsewhere greatly appreciated. many thanks in advance if anyone can help.
When I select any music and try to add to any of my playlist it doesn’t show my playlist, it only gives me the option to create a new one or favorite it. My account is Deezer Family. Any idea on how to solve it and get back the ability to add music to my playlist?
Hi. Can I propose the following two simple features: - Adding a radio station as a favourite. Why can I not add a radio station to my favourites? This is very frustrating. My recent’s only have a limited length before it the radio station is replaced. Bad design. - Set a default section of the app to default too instead of Music. Surely when I build up my favourite music, I want to be there straight away, and search another time. I’m sure listening is done more through favourites than the Search function. The app could also have a specific favourite to load such as a playlist or station. I’m a software engineer and the fact these things are not present is quite alarming. I also created this thread because you're ignoring the other ones. Thanks

Hi. I can see that one cant restore a deleted family members profile after accidentally deleting it. But can one restore a playlist that was part of that family members profile? Thanks.

Hello, So I just upgraded from Deezer Premium to Deezer Family. I created a profile for a family member that used to use Spotify. Is there any way to transfer his favourites / playlist to a certain Deezer Family Profile (not the master profile) without transfering the music to the master account? My family member created a Deezer free account and managed to move his playlists there from spotify.l, can he now transfer them to the family profile on my account that I created for him? Also, is there a way to attach his Deezer account as a family profile on my account?

Hi, Everything thing to do with Deezer now says that Hi-Fi is now available with the Premium Plan. Yet there is no option for it in the app on android or in the windows app ? Is there going to be an update for the apps ? It seems like for over a month now all the Deezer ads claim that their paid subscription comes with Hi-Fi. I’ve been a subscriber for quite a while, I received the email about Hi-Fi being available on my plan more that a month ago, and yet still no hi-fi option in any of the apps I use. (Also if anyone knows how I could get Deezer to use Hi-Fi when stream through Alexa Echo dots, that would be great.) Thanks in advance for any help, P.S. I Live in Quebec, Canada if that makes any difference.
Hi all, It’s amazing that there is a Deezer Apple Watch app, but it would be great if the layout be improved. As you can see in the screenshot, the square wrapping the song has rounded corners on bottom but not on top. Besides it seems that the song name doesn’t have the correct border space on top. It’d be great if the square had the four corners rounded and the song title had more border space on top. maybe this happens due the Apple Watch border, but then, the square must be smaller to meet with the screen. I have an Apple Watch 7 45mm
I’ve already switched the country but still continue to see songs from local artists. Doesn’t the country change affect that? What is that feature for then? I know I have to dislike those songs and artists, but it would be awesome if you implement language settings for songs, or do some adjustments to the algorithm. Thanks!
