Hello, a friend owning a deezer family account has recently stopped renewing his family subscription. Thru access of the main profile, I have created a private account for my profile, with a new email and password.This is well but I want to upgrade to a Premium subscription in order to get full control of my Liked playlist. I can’t do this. « Manage account » doesn’t give me any option of subscription. Also, it does give me the possibility of making the account independent by entering new email and password. Which is weird to me because I have already done that. seems the profile is still dependent. how can i solve this problem? I just want to take my profile and make into a proper independent Premium account.
There is one thing that drives me nuts when listening to Flow. It would be so nice that somehow when it's not Christmas time, that Christmas music would not randomly play in Flow. Christmas music should not be an option between January thru October - I think only November-December. This would be fantastic if this could be fixed somehow
I noticed that since some months ago the “most played first” type of organization/filtering on the playlists had vanished on pc (started a topic but wasn’t answered :/) but at least on the mobile version everything was fine. Until now. I don’t know if this is intended but as opposite from the albums page, the playlists page has a whole different layout where the covers are really small and you can’t switch that, also the organization/filtering now doesn’t have the “most played” then (now only in albums) then (now only in albums) these big covers were so beautiful now :( now I guess it’s intended but i’d like to say the older version was so much more practical and also prettier, it’d be good if the “most played” were added again and this organization in lines were kept BUT there was a way to switch to the one with big covers side by side.

I pay 11.99 a month.last 1 20th May 22 yet my account has gone to deezer free. I don't think so. Please restore as I'm paying for nothing. Not happy at all.
I should take a premium account , if there was a duo account. Family is way too big, and 2 times a premium is way too expensive .
I hope it’s a temporary issue on Deezer’s end but all of a sudden I’ve opened my Deezer on desktop browser and I don’t have any of my about 350 favourite albums anymore in my library. It says: “No favourite albums yet”. Still all there inside the iPhone app for the moment. What’s going on?

I think non-intrusive update logs could substanctially improve users indirect experience. Some examples of what I’m suggesting can be seen in the majority of popular web browsers, notably Chromium Edge & Firefox. The big picture; Whenever Edge gets a new feature introduced, or something changed, they’re sure to let their users know what they’ve done. I think this is a really great way of letting users familiarize themselves with the application’s new features and why they’re an upgrade, rather then making people feel alienated by the new changes. Almost every time I try to listen some songs on Deezer I've got the same problem. I launch a playlist, the first song got well played but at the end of the first song it just stop, it doesn't go to the next song. When I try to get the next song manually it just repeat the first one. What should I do ? (excuse me, english isn't my native language ) Thank you for your help.
The new Deezer Playlists organizer is just simply a mess! It's just a very obvious copy cut of Spotify Library UI which makes it even awful. Please bring back the old playlist design, it was simple and intuitive and the best! I always choose deezer over any other music streaming because of it's very unique design in terms of Library Organization and laylout. Please don't copy Spotify, ever, Spotify Library organizer sucks, they just got more subscribers but they're UI and UX is tremendously awful.
What happened to the side scroll on artists view? I liked the red artist side scroller so I could efficiently go to a favorite artist. Honestly really annoying and something I would consider switching services over.
