I switched my account to family plan I can’t add anyone because it’s says my husband is on a free account?
If you are the admin of the family account, you can either create profiles for family members which use the same login then, or you can invite members with a free account to the family who can still keep their own login credentials.
My account just still said premium and not family
Booked within the app with Apple? Upgrading from Premium to Family does not work there. In theory yes, but not in practice.
So is there anyway to fix it or do I need to delete the app and reinstall it
First, tell us if you have an iPhone or Android. The booking within the app was only a guess on my part.

Alright. I recommend you cancel the subscription upgrade. You will find a corresponding link in the confirmation email from Apple. You'll get a refund from Apple.
