First off to Deezer: THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE IN 2022.

Now: why is it that when I log in on my iPhone I can see all the songs added to a playlist but when I log out there & log in to the above iPad it does not show all my songs in a particular playlist?

To my mind this is TOTALLY PATHETIC on a mainstream software app. Wake up Deezer or I walk.

Any answers elsewhere greatly appreciated.

many thanks in advance if anyone can help.

Hey @DeezIsBad

It's correct. The updated content only comes on the other device when you are in the respective playlists and the data is then compared with the server.
I don't even know if this behavior hasn't always been like this. Haven't had an iPad for a long time. Yes, I've noticed this behavior too.

Hi Dee,

to clarify: I was logged in on the iPad, added a few songs to the specified playlist then checked & they weren’t there.
logged out of the iPad, logged in on the iPhone.. they were there.
it’s totally unacceptable given that both the hardware and the software are popular products worldwide.
I think Deezer need to WAKE UP before I walk along with other similar users. Or maybe they don’t care? If not then I don’t need to care either so it’s going to be bye bye from me if they don’t fix.

@DeezIsBad

I absolutely agree with you. There is a need for optimization. I always update manually on the respective device and have come to terms with it.
It's the same when I add new songs to playlists via the web version. Only when I then go to the playlist on the iPhone or iPad does the update appear.
