After finally resolving my subscription issues that lingered for more than 2months, I finally got back to my Premium Deezer subscription but cannot access my playlists and favourite songs. A huge chunk of my internal memory (about 54g) is still taken by Deezer. Please help.

Song added to wrong artist page Hello, I'm zesar and my distributor is tunecore. My artist name is zesar, and I my first release with deezer (Lies) has been placed on the wrong artist page with the same name as me. Is there's a way to separate my songs from this another artist? And there is any way for me to manage my artist page/profile?

Hi, I just noticed that HiFi has been finally integrated into Premium subscription here in Poland. But since I'm still paying for my 'old' Premium subscription, I have no access to HiFi yet.Back when HiFi was a separate offer, you could upgrade even if the previous subscription hadn't come to an end yet. Now you obviously can't because both offers have merged into one.So what should I do now to have access to HiFi? Wait until the end of my current subscription and then subscribe to the new offer? Is there a faster way to upgrade?

Hi, I tried to pay for my Premium using a Belarusian card on Paypal while I'm in Poland. The payment went through, and the card was charged, but then I got a screen telling that I need to change the country or the payment method and that my card hasn't been charged yet (though it already was). In the end, I've paid the fee, but the Premium is still off, can you please make a refund?
In the Philippines is the price for the Family plan 195 pesos or 18 dollars?I signed up for the Family plan trial but instead of having future monthly charges of PHP 195.00 as reported by other Philippine customers, I was told that I would be subject to a monthly charge of USD 17.98. That is an enormous price difference.
I have one playlist of Polish music (15-20 songs), and now Polish songs have completely invaded my flow - it’s all there is! Nothing I’ve done to combat this has worked - I’ve tried listening to loads of English songs and not listening to the playlist, but no change. Help?

It would be really great if there were more plan options. I don’t need 6 accounts so can’t see the need to pay almost $20 a month. Being able to have 2 accounts for slightly more than I already pay would be convenient for just myself and my spouse. I could have sworn this used to be an option, but maybe my mind is tricking me.

Pourtant t’aoute à l’heure alors que j’étais connectée à mon compte (duquel je ne me suis pas déconnectée) l’application m’informe que je ne possède que la version gratuite de Deezer alors que le payement de 5,99€ à bien été effectué le 20/03/2022. I have been in the family subscription for 2 years or longer now. My bank accou t was debited on 16 March 2022 with the family subscription. Now Deezer says that I am on "free" subscription as my deezer has expired. What can be the issue?
I subscribe to the premium service through my mobile provider. I have opened my app and it has changed from a premium account to a free account. I cant understand how this as happened as i am still paying my subscription to three. Has anybody have any ideas thanks
I have had a family Plan for a few years now and paid monthly for it I just paid to renew new for another month..... Today ads started playing... It told me I had to sign up for premium for the ads to stop so I did I paid almost a $100 for a year..... Then it canceled my family... And to renew my family it cost me another $18 I had to resign up..... So I would like to have my $100 back that I paid for the premium if I can't even have my family on it and if ads continue to work I will cancel Deezer

Hello,I have had a running family subscription at Deezer and Deezer got paid via paypal on a monthly basis. They just deducted it from my PayPal account. As far as I am concerned it was working fine and all were happy.Suddenly, this Month in March, I was downgraded to Deezer “Free” and was informed my subscription had ended. Now I received the offer to re-subscribe, but at a higher price. 16,99€ versus 14,99€ before.I read about the price increase, but that it would only be for new customers.I feel like being cheated on, as I was a loyal customer and always paid my bill. I feel inclined to switch service. I never got a note that my service would expire.Does anybody else experience the same?
