Most covers I hear, I don’t like. I notice that Deezer suggests A LOT of covers. I don’t prefer this, is there a way to indicate to the system that I do not want covers (other than individually marking them)? Thanks!

Only what we ask from Belgium is that we can use Deezer with Google Home, why in Spain and other country’s we can use it and in Belgium not. If this stay so I move to Spotify end of the story, this is now years that we ask it.
Episodes of podcast are not deleting. Nothing happens after I try to delete them. They normally went red and then was removed. Now I'm stuff with really old episodes just stuck there.

Hi there Deezer suddenly logged me out of device, have reinstalled app and re logged in. It says my Premium Trial has ended?? I wasn't aware this was a trial as I was paying each month. Loads of downloaded albums and Playlists lost, price now €11.99 per month very disappointed I am definitely moving to Spotify
For the Windows Desktop app (possibly others), when you finish a playlist, the list of songs in you Queue stop updating. This causes the user to completely lose a history of what they listened too, which can be very handy. Once a playlist is completed and Deezer starts auto-playing other music, then it should be added to your Queue. If Android & iOS work the same, then they should be enhanced as well. Consistency matters. :)
Hello, For whatever reason, my flow of 5 years is lately stuck in the last century and I can't reset it, regardless of how many artist I skip or select Don't Recommend. The support team was also useless in helping after multiple inquiries. It's getting annoying. Why did it change suddenly and why is it stuck?

I believe an option for your monthly playlist to be 50, 100, 125 or 150 songs would be an excellent feature. Or at least 100 songs minimum for those power users who listen to a lot of tracks. This coupled with the Crossfade feature can be a game changer for a more enjoyable experience. Thanks.
How tf did you manage to lose all my favourites? I had lots and lots of favourite songs and it worked well a few days ago but now - about 40 retarded songs and not a single one from my playlist! I've changed the email address recently, no one knows it and I had to register again! Explain!
Hello all - I was wondering if there is a way to permanently reorganise/shuffle my “favourite tracks”. Reason for asking this because *even* though I have right now 459 favourite tracks I constantly hear the same same tracks - drives me nuts. Even though I have shuffle on I am not convinced it really is shuffling the tracks and always seems to start with the same tracks (in the order I think I added them in the first place). What would be good is to have a button that is called “hard Shuffle” which physically performs a one-off reshuffle of the tracks so that when shuffle is not on, for example a different set of tracks are played. This is an irritant because there is only so many times I keep hearing one of my first favourite tracks (blinding lights) which now I am beginning to dislike this song because Deezer keeps playing it even though I have shuffle on - I’m convinced the shuffle is not working. This irritant will be one reason for me to leave the platform it is so annoying. Regar
Im a Deezer Premium subscriber from some time now and Im not able to see the Hi-Fi option anywhere in the app. How can I Fix this?
When the internet is realy slow, the app won't load the playlists, downloads, … I think this behaviour is not optimal and that the local data should be loaded first then try to reach remote data. I can reproduce this behaviour every day(on google pixel 6 and huwaei p30), and i can work around it by simply deactivating wifi and mobile data (not really a good solution), then data will be loaded from the local resources. It is cool to have the tipical option to share music as Instagram Stories, I use this very much in all the streaming services I had. But Deezer shows by far the ugliest visualization, with just a bright random color in the back. Its very far away from other competitors like Tidal, wich I also have, so I always prefer doing this with other services than Deezer. Maybe just adding something better for the background of this way to share. This shouldnt be complicated to fix, and I think it could help promoting Deezer if people use it to share music on Instagram. The music player changes its color depending on the album cover and it has some bright, vivid colors. The idea is great, but the number of color options are very limited to the colors barely suit with the album covers. I think the number colors should be increased. Also, i don’t think it’s necessary to write the name of the album, the cover tells it all to us. I’ll add some schreenshots of the same songs being played both by Spotify and Deezer so you can compare them.
I use Deezer via my smartphone, usually when i jog or ride my bike. I like it when it suggests songs that I’ve never heard before. At that moment I would like to hit my favourite button the easiest way possible, and add that song to my favourite list of songs. Instead of unlocking my phone, maybe running through the active apps, finding Deezer, hiting the favourite button and than locking it again, all that while I’m running or riding my bike, it would be great if the favourite button is shown on the locked phone where I have shortcuts for next/previous song and play/pause. Just sayin..
Hello, I have a problem that I can not add a song to my favorites using the shortcut bar. The favorite button is simply inactive 🤷♂️ My phone Huawei P40 lite. I would like to know if this feature is available on my phone?
Deezer app appears to have crashed and wanted me to log in again. Since doing so all of my downloaded music and playlists have now vanished. Years of music has been lost, please can you help as I so want to get everything back.
