One Hit Wonder

I have started using Deezer a month ago, but seem to have a problem with updates of podcasts. 

  1. New episodes don’t show up directly after they are published;
  2. “Podcasts > Latest episodes” is also not updated regularly.

Other platforms, such as Spotify, don’t have this issue. 

How can I find a solution to this problem?

If it’s a specific podcast you are having issues with, you’d nee to do some troubleshooting with support as their backend feed might not be refreshing properly.

    What device are you using for Deezer? Is in an Android or iOS?

    Mobile phone? Tablet? PC?

    Check if you have the latest version of the app installed and can you please try to clear the cache of the Deezer app in your settings? Also increase the smart cache bar in your settings as well. For the iPhone Mini, we recommend to increase the smart cache bar to the max 😁

    You will be able to fix the problem 😁

    There’s one podcast that even support wasn’t even to help me with unfortunately. It’s been perpetually not updating for a couple of years now.

    I already tried to provide the source but according to support it’s not supported by Deezer. It’s such an odd issue. It updates on other platforms just fine, but on Deezer it’s been stuck like this for a year.
