I’d like to report a bug that crashes the app.

Context

A while ago, I have added a song to my favourite ones. Since then, it got removed from the platform.

However, in the list, I still can see a link to its album. When I click on it, the app crashes. I need to completely close Deezer then reopen it to reset it to the welcome page.

I did a video to repro the steps, but it seems I can only add screenshots.

There’s a screenshot of the… crashed app? (not sure it helps)

I’m using Version 7.0.50 (7.0.50)

Reproduction steps

  • Open the Favourite playlist page.
  • Filter the song that is greyed out
  • Click on the album link of this greyed out song

Observed results

The app crashed

Expected results

The album link should not be clickable if the album is not available.

I imported my entire library from Apple Music and when I try to open an album that is greyed out the app goes blank and I have to restart it.
I’m using the latest version on MacOS 14.5 Sonoma

​@Alfredo.Deezer hi! i see this thread isn’t too awfully old. i’ll add to the issue, i’ve stumbled upon it myself. the most recent example i can point to could be https://www.deezer.com/us/album/982040?host=4770314782&deferredFl=1&host=4770314782&deferredFl=1, lifted off the browser client for deezer (cant copy on desktop app) and is Burzum/Aske, which i clicked on from playlist https://link.deezer.com/s/31bxewSfXPDioWvbupslV.

 

hope it helps! the screen turns grey same as the og post and i need to completely restart.
