Link Mac App ?

How do I turn on link | Sync in the Mac App?I see how it works, from my Android, iPhone, and Tablets, including iPad, I’d like to see what is playing on my Mac at the devices?  I can’t seem to get that working like the devices sync.I find the Devices, Synchronized Queue-list on devices, but not on the Mac App?

Deezer now has 30 second listening limit on my computer

I am using Deezer on my laptop, with Deezer free, which I have done for years with no issues. Suddenly it is now saying I can only listen to 30 seconds of each song unless I subscribe to Deezer premium.I have never had this issue on my computer before and I am certainly not subscribing to premium given there are many tracks I listen to that Deezer does not have. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to resolve it or am I finally going to have to move to Spotify?

BUG: Sonos app - Foreign language playlists being displayed

For this bug, I’m specifically talking about Deezer’s Sonos integration inside the Sonos S2 app. My Sonos app is up to date (version 16.1) running on an iPhone XR (iOS 17.4).I’ve noticed that, despite my Deezer country selector being set to United Kingdom in my Deezer app, I’m seeing foreign language playlists recommended on the landing screen of Deezer’s Sonos integration inside the Sonos app, under the “Music by genre” and “Music by mood” headings. Why I think this is a bug, and not an intentional featureBecause these foreign language playlists are only displayed on the landing screen of Deezer’s Sonos integration inside the Sonos app.They are not displayed if you tap the “Music by genre” or “Music by mood” headings. You are then taken to a full page view of these recommended playlists - all of which are in English. The foreign language playlists are also not recommended inside the Deezer app.

Deezer Desktop App bug?

Every time i launch the desktop app now it starts in the lowest quality even though hi fidelity is selected. I have to re-toggle the switch for it to work. Im using the latest version after a reinstall and the problem still persits. Windows 10.

Interruptions listening to music in the desktop app

Hello, I have been experiencing some interruptions while listening in the desktop application. Sometimes the tracks will get stacked indefinitely.Do you know what may be causing this?The app version is 6.0.60  Thanks

I am using my FiiO M11S device, I have a problem with viewing playlists.

I am using my FiiO M11S device, android 10, I am having this annoying issue, I can't scroll down to see full playlist songs as you can see in this video, some playlists I can scroll down, it doesn't work properly, but I can scroll down to see albums songs without any issue, so I had to delete this newest Deezer version and now I am using version 7 which works great without any problem, this issue only happens after they did the redesign and new layout.Deezer issue on FiiO

Deezer desktop not connecting

For weeks my Deezer MacOS app has been disconnected from my account, and clicking “Log in” opens a browser page that tells to open a link in Deezer, but it does absolutely nothing.

Audio stops for no reason

I am using iPhone 15 pro w/ iOS 17.4 and recently I started to experience unusual stops while I’m listening. At first I thought it is a network issue, but the tracks are fully loaded or already downloaded to my device. is it an iOS issue or app issue?

Download Music not loading in offline mode

So for a while now I've been have a problem with deezer and the offline modeThey advertise that you can download and listen to your music offline provided that you're a paid subscriber. So my question is why cant i listen to my downloaded music offline even my favorite list shows me an error when im in offline mode and I'm a paid subscriber can someone please give me an answer Because at this point I feel like deezer is a rip off coz you pay every month download your music with your data then still have to use your data to stream music even after it's been downloaded which is not okay its like paying a double subscription or even more

Hello, I was looking on the Internet for some hi-res mp3 players such as  Sony Walkman and Fiio.Does they support deezer for an offline mode( and deezer HIFI)? Moreover would be better to buy a new smarphone or a mp3 player for the best music experience?

QUEUE BUTTON DOESNT WORK

My "add to queue" button doesnt work, I put song in queue and after that it comes random song from my playlist, I use deezer phone app, and its really bad.

Random logout and deletion of downloaded tracks

Has anyone else experienced where the deezer app just logs you out? I would be listening to music just fine and then all of a sudden my music stops, I am then logged out, need to sign in again and need to re-download all of my offline tracks.    Latest IOS version on iPhone 8+.

[BUG] Playlists made on Deezer Desktop are unable to be downloaded on WearOS.

(I am not aware of how to report bugs any other way.)Explained pretty well by title but I’ll go into more detail.Basically earlyer today I was trying to make a cutdown version of my favorites which is 500+ tracks long so I made a smaller version using the desktop app so I didnt have to download the full 500+ songs but when I tried to download it. It would just start and stop instantly with no download so I tried again several times and it still didn’t work so I made a playlist on the mobile app and that downloaded to my watch first try.Please Fix.

Not showing on lockscreen

I have a Blackview BV6200 using Android 13. Deezer player not showing on lock screen even when in use. Have allowed all permissions, installed widget on home screen but still get no sign of Deezer to allow for playback, skip controls or song information.

Pay to listen?

I want to play My Favourites playlist. I play it on shuffle but recently a problem has occurred. Now I keep being told that I HAVE to have Deezer premium to listen to certain tracks, which is false as I listen to those same tracks when in any other playlist. Is this a bug or feature? Is anyone else experiencing this? How can I solve it WITHOUT paying for premium?

When opening Deezer android app it defaults to a song i have NEVER played or asked for?

When opening Deezer android app it defaults to a song from some 80s Europop dance rubbish, stuff I never listen to. When I open the app my last played song is showing on the play bar but changes in a fraction of a second to this rubbish?Why does it do this?

Over the past day or two moods have stopped appearing to guide the Flow, and lyrics won’t show up. Also songs that I’ve liked in the past show as unliked, but when I tap the heart I get a notice saying that the song has already been liked. Anyone else having these issues? Are they working on a fix?

The Deezer Android app does not download tracks in HiFi

Hello. For the last few years, I am using a HiFi subscription plan and everything was relatively fine. All my downloaded (on my smartphone) tracks were marked by a small HiFi label on the bottom left corner and the sound was nice. Recently I have been forced to reinstall my buggy Deezer app (I was not able to open it) and since then I've been dealing with low-quality of downloaded tracks. Although I have set the quality of the downloaded songs to HiFi (and also for streaming), only a few of them are labelled as HiFi when they are downloaded. Even the storage usage on my smartphone is circa half, so I'm convinced tracks are not really downloaded at the highest quality. I am pretty sure that all my favourite tracks are available in HiFi (the same track played on my notebook - desktop app and from the browser - is HiFi labelled). What is interesting if some downloaded track is labelled as Hifi, this label will disappear soon (e.g. the next day I can not see it). I have tried to reinstall

Bad image quality (Windows/Mac)

I've noticed that the image quality of the album on the Pc and Mac versions is low. You can see on this screen that it's pixelated. I’m talking about the big image on top left. (screenshot on the Windows app) It’s not the case on the browser version. There, the image quality is what it supposed to be. So it’s a problem only on the PC/Mac version.    It may not be very easy to see on screenshots, but in real life, it’s quite disturbing. I always want to see the image of the music I’m listening but, on Deezer, I never do this. The image quality is bad on the pc and Mac app.It would be great to take inspiration from other streaming services like Tidal. The image quality is high, and the image is bigger, so I can see details. It’s way better in my opinion. I think that this back quality image problem it can be quickly solved. I hope that it will happen (not like all the topics that I have open...)Good luck Deezer team ! 💜

Restricted artist shown in kids profile

Family members using a kids profile receive no search results when searching for artists which fall under child protection restrictions (e.g. the band Korn). However, in the proposal section (Favorites > Artists > + Add artist) there are no restrictions whatsoever and  proposed artists can be added to favorites from there. Once any of the “restricted” artists have been added to favorites the algorithm does the rest and more “restricted” artists are proposed. Songs with explicit lyrics can be played and the lyrics can be displayed. See attached gif.Also, Google Assistant can be used to bypass restricted search terms. E.g. ask Google Assistant to “play Korn in Deezer” on a kids phone running Google Family Link and a kids profile of Deezer. This is a major design flaw in child protection and must be fixed immediately.

recently songs will just abruptly stop. If I skip to the next song it's fine

When using a playlist a random song will just stop in the middle of it. If I skip that song the rest of the playlist plays fine.

Can't install Deezer for desktop on Macbook M1

Hi Deezers!!I've downloaded Deezer desktop app on it's own page and after open the dmg file a message pops up saying:The disk you attached was not readable by this computer. Already tried to restart the machine and redownload it, but no success.Does anyone has been through it?
