Deezer App for Samsung Smart TVs not working anymore (No sound)

I have 4 Samsung Smart TVs and Deezer is not playing on any of them anymore (they used to all work fine).  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Deezer app (didn’t help).  I have done “hard” resets to the Samsungs TVs (didn’t help).  I have a TCL/Google Smart TV and Deezer works fine on that TV.

There is something wrong with the Deezer app for Samsung - the app loads fine and shows all your favorites, etc. but when you play a song it acts like it’s playing, but nothing plays / no sound.  Please help because I love Deezer.

    What’s the model of the TV’s?

    Have you tried to update your Samsung TV firmware to see if that helps?
