favourites wont shuffle

I'm paying to hear all the music in my library but favourites will never shuffle, it just plays the last songs you added to favourites, in the order they were added, it literally never shuffles them. Please can you tell me how to fix this?

Hi ​@AlexandrA75 have you tried the following?:
Tap on Library icon> tap on Favorite tracks> tap on the shuffle icon on the right
Please let me now if that works

Hi thanks,  it does shuffle the order when i press it, but when I ask my smart speaker to play my favourites it will only ever play them in the order they were added despite pressing this.

Additionally asking Alexa to shuffle my favourites on Deezer never works.

I dont really want to listen to music via my phone obviously, I need to be able to listen through my speaker - it used to work fine until a few years ago.
