Wiim doesn’t stream Deezer due to timeout problem

Hello!

Deezer native streaming via Wiim home app. doesn’t work on Wiim Pro Plus and Wiim Amp pro since ~ 16/01/2025.  Deezer streaming via Wiim app worked well last few years. 

Now it is only possible to stream Deezer from IOS app to Wiim Pro Plus via Airplay. Wiim Amp Pro is not equipped with Airplay so only bluetooth connection is possible that significantly affects sound quality as IOS does not support advanced bluetooth codec. Every device is updated incl IOS app.

I contacted Wiim support and was told that the Deezer login failed due to a timeout when connecting to the Deezer API server.

Is anybody aware when it can be fixed? 

Any idea on this issue is highly appreciated.
