autoplay on mobile app barely works

Hi i’ve been struggling with this problem since i recently got the app last month. Very often when i am playing from a playlist, album, flow, or artist, once the song ends the next song won’t play until i press next. This is kind of dangerous for me since i do most my listening in the car and i cant keep pressing next on my phone when i am trying to drive. 
 

I have tried clearing the storage data, redownloading the app, restarting, and sometimes the problem is fixed temporarily but it always goes back to the same issues. 
 

I would really love if there was a permanent fix for this since I’ve switched from spotify and i would honestly say this app is so much better aside from this huge issue. Please let me know if there is anything else i can do on my end. if it helps i am on an iphone with ios 26.2.1
