Canceled sub because the AI support bot tried to get me to work for free

Tried to ask support about why a handful of artist pages were missing albums, but they were searchable directly.  The AI support bot tried to get me to work for free. I canceled my deezer account.

Deezer support asks which specific album is missing so the music team can locate the problem and see why it is not available and give you an answer.
 

Many songs and albums are not available on Deezer because licensing agreements with the artist, label or right holders have changed or other reasons, but they may be available again soon.

 

I will not comment on the reason for canceling your subscription ...

 

0) I implore you to re-read what I wrote.
1) the albums are available, directly searchable, and clicking the artist brings you to the artist page. But the album is not listed in the artist(s) page
2) I’m not going to do database and music catalog work for a for-profit service I’m paying a premium for, I was asking what was up with that, I got a non-human answer and the answer was “our service is rotting and we need your help to fix it”
3) it’s not a licensing issue
4) either way I canceled and I’m just gonna try something else
