Is anyone else being charged this service fee in the U.S.? My bank is charging a 3% fee because they are saying deezer processes the payments in France.

Good day.I am from Ukraine, where the war is now.I read in social media, that Deezer allows free premium for Ukrainians. How can I activate it?  

Just started using deezer and I installed the windows app. Now this message keeps popping up, which is extremely annoying:  How do I fix this?App version is 5.30.190

On the app for iOS I’m suddenly getting a strange problem: the vocals of the song are muffled and sound like the singer is far away, but the instruments all sound normal.  I’ve tried every settings change I can see and nothing works.Incidentally, I’ve gotten this same problem on another app before, and the situation there was to sign out of all other devices.  But that doesn’t seem to apply here because one, there is no setting where I can sign out of all devices with one click, and two, according to my app, my phone is the only device connected to my account… which isn’t true.  (I have my desktop and laptop connected and yet those aren’t listed in the app.)I have an iPhone 7 running iOS 15.4.1 and the app is the latest version as well.  It’s not an issue of updating.  Please help. 

My wired Samsung usb-c headphones are not able to rewind using the triple tap on the action button. Instead it is just skipping the current track.

My Flow algorith does this: 5 country songs5 jazz songs5 fado songs5 folk songs Why not just let it play in the genre the user likes? This is indicated by not skipping forward.One skip forward does not indicate a change of genre (or two). Three can be the trigger.A skip backward indicates user dislikes those three songs but doesn’t want a change.

Is there any way to determine whether an album or a track is unavailable in your country from the API? I’d like to get a list of all the disabled music I have in my playlists, but can find a way to do it. I may be missing something in the API, the docs aren’t the greatest. :)

Hi, I'm new to deezer from Spotify, am I being stupid or can androids not connect to Internet speakers like sonos or audio pro? The speaker icon in the bottom left corner takes me to audio settings, where on my ios devices it brings up airplay devices and sonos devices etc, such as on Spotify with the same icon.Can someone help with this? It's irritating only being able to connect via Bluetooth. I have a Samsung S21 Ultra so it's not like I have an old device. Much appreciated!

Hi   When I use the search function, the amount of results is always 300 or less. (in Browser and Desktop app) Is it limited to 300 or is this just happening to me? More results would be so much better.   Best Regards

Hello. Almost everyday, sometimes even few times a day I receive an e mail with topic : Did you just sign in? I copied you to see what i receive almost daily. I already tried to reset password but still that e mails didn’t stop to be sent to me. It’s kinda annoying to receive same e mail every day. Can that somehow stop? When my phone connects to my car bluetooth, the music plays from the phone not the car (i have to manually switch it to my car using media output). YouTube said there should be a setting in the music app to prevent this, I cannot find it in Deezer. Please help. 

I have an LG WK7 smart speaker and have been using it for a couple of years with my streaming music service, currently Deezer. For some reason tonight it will not play any music from the service. It is still connected to the internet, and Google assistant is still working. However when I connect to start streaming music it just gets stuck and won’t play anything. I can cast my audio, but I don’t want to have to do that all of the time as I’d rather the speaker took over and I could still use my phone for other things. Has anyone seen anything similar to this and has ideas how to solve? I’ve tried resetting the device and re adding it to the home, but no luck!

My playback keeps stopping and starting or I get a error cannot play song message.  Its really frustrating, all other streaming services work great so its not my connection.  This dosent happen all the time but happens enough really annoying. another thing that happens is that i press play and takes forver to start playing always end up pressing it a few times 

When running the desktop application, I always get the wrong queue when starting up Deezer. Expected behavior: Have the queue and queue position resumed from when Deezer was closed.Actual behavior: Seems to be an old queue from way back. Which queue changes, though very seldom. I cannot figure out what triggers a change. I have queue sync turned off. I have also tried to delete the cache files (~/.config/deezer-desktop) and logged in fresh. Did not help. From that it seems like it’s noting on my local machine. I also have the Android version and it does not have the same issue. Starting something new on Android does not change the behavior on the desktop. Also: Running on Linux, not sure if that matters.

Hi All,I am trying to connect via AirPlay from within the app to my Linn player (IOS version: 15.4.1) and I am getting the message that I have:"1. Verify that access via local network is enabled" (after checking, it turns out that it is)2. check WiFi network (everything is OK)."Interestingly - if I have previously connected via AirPlay to the Linn player from another app (e.g.: Tidal, which connects without issue) and I switch to the Deezer app - the audio is sent normally to the player and clearly the AirPlay function is working.Has anyone experienced this problem?

i tried upgrading t pro on deezer but payment keeps declining. music also stops when my phone is locked.

Dear Deezer.Apple released their new M1 processors for apple computers one and a half year ago. The desktop app is STILL only compiled for Intel processors.Please start compiling the desktop app for Macs as a Universal app immediately! Thanks
