I payed for my premium yesterday and I didn’t get it in the app why?

In most cases simply logging out and logging in to account with Deezer app helps.

Also make sure you log in to the same account you bought Premium for.

I payed for the premium but it didn't activate took the money out of my account, however still is not working

Please check if you are logged in with the correct account data. Often by mistake  there is created a new account when subscribing. 
Otherwise contact the support team and let them check your account.
