In most cases simply logging out and logging in to account with Deezer app helps.

Also make sure you log in to the same account you bought Premium for.

Please check if you are logged in with the correct account data. Often by mistake  there is created a new account when subscribing. 
Otherwise contact the support team and let them check your account.
