I am using Deezer on Chrome Browser (windows), Chrome Browser (Mac), Downlaoded the Windows app and also the app on MAC and in all 4 places I have the ame issue.

I select my MP3 to upload and then there is no information, no status bar, not updates. It turns out sometimes i t uploads 1 or 2 songs, something a few more, sometimes nothing. And to make it more frustrating, I have to completely close the app (or refresh the browser) to see if it loaded or not.

Upload with the web version and check the status at the same time with the desktop app.
That's how I've always done it. 😐


@dee_dirk That doesnt help. They are not syncing. Even if it uplaods (somteimes it doesnt) I have to close the app entirely and reopen it for it to appear


It’s a known issue, there is no upload progress bar. And I only try one MP3 at a time in the web player, wait a few minutes, then refresh the browser tab with My MP3s. The new upload is visible at the bottom of the list then.

Probably there also is at least one related forum idea to improve the uploader.


To be honest… imo the mp3 upload feature is a relict from „the old times“. Deezer keeps it like it is as long as there are no compatibility issues, but i think they will not put energy into updating it. 🤷🏻
