Hi, I’ve just bought a Panasonic 2021 JX850BZ, installed Deezer but it won’t let me sign in displaying “ ! You don’t seem to be connected to the internet “ however if I enter the wrong password it lets me know so it has to be talking to Deezer’s server no? All my other Apps and online services on the display are working perfectly. Any suggestions? I see there was a new app update mentioned a few months back, has this been released/updated? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the App and still having the same issues. The App is working fine on my Xbox XS and LG Displays. Please advise. Thank you.
Having exactly the same issue. All other streaming apps working fine just Deezer. This has only been since the Panasonic update at the end of May 22.
The topic was also reported on our german Deezer community and Deezer has informed Panasonic about the problem. So now it‘s on Panasonic to come with another fixing update as soon as possible.

TX-58HX820 - Hello, I have this tv. Panasonic recently did a software update & now some of the pre-installed apps - specifically Deezer, no longer work?? Not very happy!! I see from various forums that others have been affected by this. Can you tell me if Panasonic is doing anything to rectify the situation?
I just can tell you that Deezer has reported the problem to Panasonic and is waiting for response.
But if you are interested in getting more detailed information you will have to contact Panasonic and ask them.
