I updated my card payment details but it keeps failing.

Hello @shirlaine.shekupe I am sorry to hear that.
I would recommend to wait until your current subscription ends and once it is on Free again, login to your account from a PC or Mac via www.deezer.com/offers and subscribe again with your new card.
If the problem persists, please contact our Deezer Support Team and one of our agents will be able to help.
