Hi

My subscription was always paid in local currency by credit card 49 EGP (Egyptian pounds)

This month my card was invoiced $10.99 without my knowledge or acceptence

Please change payment back to our local currency

Back in August they announced prices were increasing; single user monthly cost is now $10.99.

@msamaha all users in your country were notified about the price increase by the end of August as @musicfanatic815 mentioned above.
Please contact our Deezer Support Team for further information or to check if you are eligible for a refund in case you decide to not continue with us.

@Jaime. The problem is that the payment changed from our local currency (Egyptian pounds) to USD.

I am not asking for a refund i am asking to pay in Egyptian pounds as i used to pay for the last 2 years

I am very sorry that Deezer decided to implement such a drastic increase in pricing in my area. I used the family plan and my price essentially doubled (90% increase). The individual plan went up 83%. It became one of the most costly subscription of the many that I have in the market, (I live in the Caribbean). It is a shocking change of me and I don’t really understand why Deezer decided to have such a drastic price increase. Because there are other services available in my market which are comparable to Deezer and almost half the price means that I cannot justify continuing my Deezer prescription. I am really disappointed but I had to move to another provider.

I understand @msamaha but I am afraid that won’t be possible at the moment and you’ll need to pay your subscription in USD.
I’ll pass the feedback to our payment team though.
