Wrong abonnement/subscription

Dear all,

 

Yesterday I subscribed for a abonnement Deezer premium and the first 3 months are free. Now we realised that my wife cannot listen on the same time as I do (sorry). Can we change our abonnement from Deezer premium tot Deezer family?

Hey @Willem2811 if you do so know you’ll be charged immediately for Family, regardless what you paid for premium.
I’d recommend to contact our Deezer Support Team and discuss with one of our agents if there any possibility for a refund, or add the equivalent time to a Family sub, etc. (I can’t guarantee anything though).
