Discharged music issue

Discharged music sounds unstable (volume goes up and down) in PC desktop app. There´s no problem with no discharged songs.

LG TV app buffering

Hi, I hope someone can help me. I’m new here, but I have been using Deezer for many years. My LG TV Deezer app started buffering to the point where I cannot use Deezer anymore and have to run it from my phone! My TV is hardwired to my LAN and I am on 100Mbps fibre I have updated everything

Error MS0610 - requested content is not loading

I get the above error and I have tried the following to fix it with no avail: logout/login in deezer clear deezer cache (there was no cache) uninstall / reinstall deezer Clear dns cache (ipconfig /flushdns) I am using the windows desktop app. Before reinstalling it was 5.30.560. Now it is 5.30.570.

STOP TURNING REPEAT ON!

Keeps turning back on every time I play an album. There is nothing like the silence after a a good album and you keep robbing me of that.

Support new Garmin Forerunner watches

I was owning Garmin forerunner 245 music and was happy being able to listen to my Deezer music via my watches. When I upgraded 255S Music, to my surprise, I've found out that Deezer doesn't support this version. This model was released a year ago (and I'm not mentioning many other models released) and still they aren't supported. Do you have any plans to support it, because spotify has an app for it?

Error: requested content is not loading/fail to play

Hi, I am having a strange problem with Deezer on PC - Win10 (same via app or Chrome).I get the Error MS0610 when trying to play content and connected on my home Wifi router.I don’t get the error when playing content on the same device but connected via my phone shared Wifi.I don’t get the error when playing content on my phone connected on my home Wifi router only (3G disconnected).It started a week ago maybe. I did not change anything on my wifi router. I suppose something changed in Deezer and/or Windows, but what? Anything I can do to fix it? Cheers,Julien

There is no language settings in the app. I deleted all language pak files except mine at locales folder but didn’t work.

Hello, I am a subscriber and when I try to connect through Bluetooth to listen to music in my car my account will tell me that there are other devices connected. I check my phone and find no other devices connected other than my phone. I'm thinking of changing app...

I have a premium subscription yet I get the Error message: Your Deezer account is currently in listening mode on another device

This problems occurs everytime I am listening to Deezer in my car on my iPhone) and my wife is doing the same in hers (on her Android phone).i have read that this was a bug solved in the past but we are still suffering from it.What shall we do?thanks for anyone’s help.Domenico

I was typing in (*fin)  in the search bar in the desktop app, but the app hangs as a result. It's a song by Anberlin version is 5.30.540

Hi,I have a family account. My two children would like to play their own playlists on their own Deezer account on their own alexa dots in their bedrooms. I can’t figure out how to get one alexa to link to one Deezer account, and the other alexa to link to the other Deezer account.Any tips?Thanks

After playing one song Deezer stops making any sound but next song is still playing.

I use desktop Deezer. After playing one song Deezer stops making any sound but next song is still playing. You can just start song, it’s ok, skip to the end, make next song start and then full mute - no sound no nothing but song ‘plays’. any ideas? tried restarts nothing helps. win10.

Hello Deezer community,Since at least few weeks, every time I try to open the album or author’s page, the error screen appears. What can I try to do to troubleshoot this issue? Alexa Fails to Play Album

I am new to Deezer but have read the FAQs and forums and can't find a solution. I want to listen to the album Divisive by Disturbed so I ask "Alexa, play the album Divisive by Disturbed" and get the response "playing Divisive on Deezer" but it'll only play the song Divisive and not the album. I've tried various different versions of the above command and none play the album, only the track of the same name. I've tried this on my Sonos speakers, my Amazon Echo and Echo Dots. It will work using Google Assistant on my Android phone.

Search not working for certain songs

Some songs will not come up when searched for. Spelled perfectly. Won’t come up. Even if you click the suggested formatting under the search bar. But if you go to the artist page, they will be listed.  First time I noticed this was on my phone while driving (very frustrating). Second time was just now and I screen recorded it so you can see what I’m talking about:Suggestions welcomed. Specs:

Download the desktop app!

So I went to https://www.deezer.com/en/download expecting to find a link to the Linux desktop app which I had downloaded earlier. Guess what: No link whatsoever on that page!It’s a strange screw-up, since the page advertises the download: “Get the full Deezer experience with our desktop all!”Please fix the download. Thanks!
