Lately I am having often a white screen and do not want to continue to reinstall the app or restart the phone. Please can you give us a solution. It is very annoying if it happens often … many thx

I have a blank screen on my Windows 10 PC with the app from the Microsoft store. Deinstallation and fresh install did not help.

EDIT:

NVM. I just in this minute figured out, there was a firewall problem. Somehow, the firewall started blocking the Deezer app.
