Samsung TV "Problem detected with this stream, please try again later"

I recently bought a Samsung TV and installed the Deezer App. Today, suddenly, it stopped working completely.

Every song I want to play is followed by the “Problem detected with this stream; please try again later” prompt. Nothing helped: restarting the TV, disconnecting the internet, logging out of the App, reinstalling the App, neither the combination.

I am quite disappointed. I pay for music, not for skipping the random error prompts.

Any suggestions how to make the music play?

Hi @Vladi Tóth apologies for the delay.
Could you please confirm if you are still experiencing the problem you mentioned above?
Thanks

I'm also having the same issue on Samsung TV app. "Problem detected with this stream, please try again later" happens no matter what I try to play. Also no albums are showing in discography, only compilations with artists tracks.

Hi @simolineux, sorry to hear that you are having this kind of issue.

Could you please answer the questions below so that I can investigate this issue further:

  • What are the TV model code? You can find this on the back on the TV (this code can also be found in the settings of your TV).
  • Could you tell me if your TV is connected to your network via your Wi-Fi or via cable?
  • Could you check if you have strong signal on your TV (you can test other apps such as YouTube and let me know how fast it takes to download)?

Hi @Helmut Säker

Have you tried to update the firmware of your TV to the latest one to check it this can solve the issue?

If that doesn’t help, as we have suggested/recommended to the other users:

Also, if you can send us a picture of the error message, it would be fantastic!
