"Access Denied" attempt at login following prompts on connecting Garmin watch to Deezer account via Garmin Connect App

I recently purchased a Garmin Venu 3s and am trying to connect the Watch to my Deezer account. I have done the following:

Download Deezer app on Mobile Garmin IQ app

Open Deezer app on watch

Follow prompt to open Garmin Connect app on phone

The page that loads reads the following ‘Access Denied. You don’t have permission to access “http://connect.deezer.com/oauth/auth.php?” on this server ….’ ref code etc etc

 

Has anyone else encountered this and found a solution?

Hello, the Garmin Connect issue you all reported has now been resolved and should be working again.
Please stay close to your Wi-Fi router when syncing with Deezer and let me know if everything’s back to normal.

Same issue on my side using a vivoactive 4, attempted multiple times, had it working a while back but think it's due to a recent update 😔

Same on me ;( garmin epix gen2 I guess we have to wait for a hopefully quick update.


I have the same issue with my garmin fenix 7.

Please help.

Same here. “Old” phoenix 7 solar, worked once, but when I now want to connect, I get same issue


I've been using it for more than a year and it stopped a few days ago.
