▶ REPORT HERE: Error in a track/song/album

The song “It Must Have Been Love” by Roxette is a truly awful capture both in the Spotify and Deezer catalogs. It sounds like a thoroughly worn-out cassette tape played through a Walkman - at least with good headphones. Not a factor of bitrate; I've got it on HQ and it shows that on the playing screen. The high details are lost, and focusing on them reveals a texture that sounds like cassette tape frequency distortion - more like a low quality tape than a low bitrate MP3.

I think maybe both Spotify and Deezer both picked up the same Napster MP3 from the studio that released it on digital, and that's how we got here. lol

Hopefully you can pass the concern along that it’s poorly ripped and needs a re-take… it seems to be a problem with all the songs from that group. Interesting to imagine where the source materials came from, but surely there’s a CD copy floating around they can just re-rip some albums from ;)

You get so much crap these days for hinting that you’d prefer a CD over a streaming service, but 👐 here we are 😂

This album has track 16 showing unavailable in the USA, which seems likely to be an error.

hey there! I would like to report a track with a few audio “glitches”, and would really appreciate if you can get it correct. I can replicate the issue on two separate devices and after clearing cache/data, so I really fear the problem is the audio track itself.

The Seduction of Claude Debussy by Art of Noise has 12 of 13 tracks showing as unavailable in the USA. Seems like it’s an error.

unfortunately, I seem to still get the glitching. I can replicate the exact same issue on two different devices (laptop and android phone). I also tried to cancel data on the android app, but the issue is still present

I can ear a glitch at 0.15, one at 0.20, one at 1.02 one at 2.36, a few ones in sequence between 2.40 and 2.50 (they are small bursts of white noise, like cracks, that I don't think should be there). I can reproduce the same issue both on Android app (after clearing cache and data, uninstalling and reinstalling) and on windows app

We have detected a few glitches on the song, playing it on our Deezer desktop app.

The duplication is visible in the album page of the Android app. In the desktop and web app it looks correct.

When the album is added to queue or playlist the duplication happens in Android and still both in the desktop and web app.

It looks like the issue could be related to way the "featuring artist" is incorrectly listed.

ps. Could be a system-side bug instead? I don't remember this problem occurring on any other album.

I would like to report errors in the song 'The Happening' on the Album'Boasanova' by The Pixies. Between 2 minutes 57 seconds and 3 minutes 14 seconds the sound skips (it sounds like a cd skipping).

Please could you have a look (listen?) to this.
