Hi,


I have experienced an error in a couple of tracks. How and where do I report errors?


The error in question is that the song jumps back to an earlier verse at a certain point of the track. Then, when there's 0:00 mins secs left of the track left it doesn't stop, but carries on playing until the song is over.


It's been doing this for "Enemy Inside" by Dream Theater (studio album version) and "In the name of love" by U2 (the best of...-album)

Please check and fix the song between 20 and 30 seconds and at the end of the song

Maybe it’s publisher fault, maybe some Deezer bug. I don’t know, just reported this and hope it will be fixed.

This is not the correct track, it is a completely different song by another artist.

This is published on Deezer by some guy from YouTube, it's just an audio from video. I think it should be deleted.

 


@RudiDeezer still not fix my issue yet for 2 months now. What the censored taking you guys long to fix this track. Leet Mob - My Story on Deezer is not a full song.

It is over 2 months now and no fix. Wait over 2 months and no fix like the post @JohnyV3 reported one of his error tracks for 3 months now and no fix. Give me an good explanation why it taking you guys this long to fix my track error.

My story was trimmed on every digital platform on premiere. It took around 2 weeks on Spotify to fix it, I remember cause I used Spotify at that time. Deezer is the only one with not fix after 5 years! It's ridiculous. 😕 I even reported this issue in 2020 through pc app when I started using Deezer. I can't believe that no one reported this around premiere.

Did Deezer fix any error tracks you report?

I have this name, “Leet Mob - My Story” is not a full song and cut off at 2:42 long on Deezer. The full song is 3:26 and other music streaming like Apple Music, Spotify, and Amazon have this track in 3:26 full. I reported this issue since June 2021, and to this month August no fix it.  Customer rep on my ticket stop provide status update when I ask for status update. I think I might cancel Deezer in the next month or so because this level of support I am getting is unacceptable, rude, and horrendous.

Years of Silence by Thurisaz is so broken

the original track is 7:sth long. On first play deezer will show the correct length but after almost 15 seconds it will jump to the last minute and suddenly the track is shown 1:15 long

I found an album with a few bad tracks. All of the flawed tracks have a similar problem: the audio cuts out in the left channel for a few seconds at a time. It’s super bad and obvious.

Also, the audio quality is pretty muddy on this whole album. It sure doesn’t sound like 320 kbps. For all I know that is how it was produced but check it out? 

BTW I tried these tracks on a few devices, the problems show up everywhere.

@Rudi should we also report tracks that seem to be incorrectly tagged as being unavailable in our country? 

For example I was just looking at an artist and saw that a track was missing from one album as “This track is not available in your country,” but the same track is available on their other albums. 

To me this seems most likely to be an error, but perhaps it’s totally normal in the wacky world of music licensing.

In this album, track 11 shows as not available in my country. 

 

In this album, track 5 is blocked for the same reason.

One month has passed! I'm starting to feel that anything I report here is useless and will end up not fixed...
