or were you charged for three months?

if premium features are not available you can try signing out and back in, clearing the cache, or other common troubleshooting steps.

No it says on the next payment section it will charge me once again the £18.99.    It’s the old Apple misleading payment ( subscription for Deezer ) Ive unwittingly chosen even though it stated up to the point of payment I was going through Deezer for the offer.   I’ve requested a refund from Apple however I’m not very hopeful.   

​@seamonkey007 I can never recommend going through the Apple App Store (or Google Play) as they add a steep surcharge. Always subscribe directly through the deezer website.

I’m sure deezer support can assist you, but your issue here, unfortunately, is with Apple.

Thank you.    I didn’t go through App Store I followed the offer via email which took me inside my deezer to then ‘purchase the offer’ or so I thought then apple overided the usual card payment without notice and sold their standard upsell cost as you say.  .  It’s a sneaky technique from apple.     Thanks for the response.
