Hello! I have an account since long time, and I turned from Premium to Family already 6 years ago or something so far.Lately (last few months int terms of time), the two indipendent accounts I personally invited were disconnected from the system and were NOT able to use the application with all the benefits of a paid profile (so no ADS and unlimited access) any longer. We tried several times to create new invitation or uploading the app and nothing could fix the problem. They, my girlfriend and my sister, are not able to use the application with my credentials but I still pay for the FAMILY ACCOUNT. Could you fix this problem asap? We still want to use the family account, so I am not asking for a reimbursement. What I am asking is to fix the problem so they can keep listening the music using their independent accounts. why does Deezer turn off (cancel) automatically after Ive been listening eg 30 minutes - but it doesnt seem to be an exact time limit

Hi! I have subsricption premium. I have mobile phone from T-com (Croatia) so my subsription goes from them on the check. Yesterday I got a very large check for 2 months. So I got to the T-com to see what’s wrong. Then they told me that I have to subsriptions from you. I will show you the picture. One is deezer premium and the other one is from Croatia. I don’t know the difference and I am using just one account and on the account they show me just one subscribtion. Which is my account? And yes can you give me my money back… I don’t know what to do. I’m a student and I don’t have that much money. Please figure something. Thanks for your time and help!Lorena

when try to link with edjing I get the following message “My subscription plan Deezer HiFiYou're a Deezer HiFi user, since <date>. The changes to your subscription will take effect on 02/11/2020.” I did upgrade to premium but I still get the error. Di I have to wait until next billing on the 02/11/2020?

I have paid to upgrade my Deezer subscription for the family plan so I could add my partners profile to so she doesn’t have to use the free version, but I tried to add her but it is saying I only have the premium subscription and not the family account. how do I get this sorted out? How do I add Mixes to my favorites list? I've been trying to figure this out for about a year now..the other day, completely by fluke, I was able to add a Mix to my favorites list.. now I can't figure out how I opened the Mix in order to click the heart to add to favourites..usually when I touch a Mix it won't open up, it just starts playing, it won't let you see the songs in the list, only the song that's currently playingI don't have a computer, so everything I do on this app is done on my android, so please don't suggest I use a desktop.

I was trying to listen to music but it said I can't be on two devices or something like that and I wasn't....then all of the sudden as I was listening to music it changed to Russian rap..I immediately changed the song but it did that again. Realized I was hacked and changed my password ..but I checked recently listened to and it looks like he had my account for hours ,how is this possible?

i was in a family deezer account which had been «stopped » by the man who was paying for it. So deezer automatically created me a deezer free account (i kept all my playlists etc so this is good). The point is, i’d like to join the deezer family account of one of my friend but i’d like to keep my account and to add it of the deezer family account, it is possible ? help me please haha because it’s really important for me to not lose all my data (for my deezer recap of the year for exemple!) thanks all (and sorry for my english haha)

I've had Deezer Premium for over a year now and for the past 2 weeks, I've been getting adds every time I start listening to a podcast. What's the point of paying for a Premium subscription when I can't get rid of the adds 100%?
I would like to change the date format to day / month / year instead of the American one month / day / year, for the release date of the albums. Is it possible? My computer is formatted correctly and I put my country as France in DeezerThanks

I have been trying RELENTLESSLY for over a month now to DELETE this account being that the only constant this app practices is taking money from my account every month despite my countless and tireless attempts at canceling. I am unable to navigate the website or the app because it sends me in circles. The few times I've been successful at reaching the manage subscription page....I am unable to cancel ANYTHING. On top of all that I haven't been able to locate an email for deezer let alone the actual direct chat it references on the help page. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION NOW!
