Hi, while I was looking at my top streamed artists on the recap of 2022, I noticed that it showed me the time I spent listening to each of my favorite artists except for the 1st one. How can I how how much time I’ve spent listening to them? thank you

Did you guys seriously for the second year running fail to meet timings on end of year features Spotify has and then yeet a feature into Prod thats broken with no testing? As a product manager it’s disappointing how you guys continually fall short and I wish i could help.
I changed weeks ago a playlist on my iPhone. Download listBut when I scroll within this list on CarPlay the list looks like the old list I had before on my IPhone. Looks like the way I added the songs. what is the reason and what can I do to get the order the playlist is now?
I love that i can use deezer with my watch only and stream music wherever i want, but there is a huge issue with that solution. As it stands we have deezer connect, great now i can remotely control my pc from my phone if i want to, we have app on wear os3 devices such as galaxy watch 4, why can’t i use my watch to remotely control other devices connected to deezer account?This functionality should be on the app by default not as a feature request. Please investigate and check if it is possible to implement connect into wearOS.

Hi there As a loyal member I use to see a Christian genres on the list of all genre and I could browse through new releases for Christian music It's been over a year now that the genre has disappeared, to find new Christian music I must just hear a song from a friend then try to detect it using Deezer. It's a lot of work, can you bring back Christian genre please
I’m a new subscriber. The first listening session was Pierre Boulez conducting Stravinsky’s Rite of Spring. This is a nearly continuous work and it was ruined by breaks in the recording at various points. What is the reason for this? It’s not on the original recording. On the positive side I listened to Harnoncourt’s Beethoven 4 and 5, which were absolutely stunning. However I was really disappointed with my first experience and it’s turned me away from listening to it again. Any tech answers please?
Deezer premium sounds better than Spotify Premium High Quality and Tidal HiFi in my opinion but the app is buggy and not as good as Spotify or Tidal. Get rid of the Android bugs such as playback retry errors, music not syncing correctly across devices, widget layout and animation issues opening the app then 5 stars!
Many songs don’t have or have a wrong lyrics. It is very bad, because some months ago, this issue worked better.

I am a 39-year-old french man. I don’t like the Deezer website and app to use “tu” to address me, I would like it to use “vous”, because to me “tu” is used to address to kids and to very relatives, which I’m not with Deezer. The formality concept, actually exists in most of the languages, and I think many non-kid, non-teenager users would prefer to be addressed in a more formal manner. The choice of formality could be based on the birthdate of the user, which is set in the user settings, or - better and less discriminating - on a new parameter in these settings.
I’m guessing that this started with the last update: but suddenly I get duplicate scrobbles on LastFM when i go via Sonos. All is OK when I play from Deezer, but from Sonos app I’m getting duplicates. Sometimes the track is slightly different name, but basically the same track. Sonos is NOT connected to LastFM, so it isn’t that. Any ideas? I’ve uninstalled everything and reinstalled and still the same problem
My favourites range a wide variety of languages. Flow only plays French songs. How can I change this?
offered 50% off per month for a year in an email sent to me by Deezer when I try to take up the offer it will not take the payment as it says I already have had an offer. If this is the case why do you send me the offer in the first place, do you not check before you send the offer out. This is incompetence
I have no troubles with the code, but once I insert it it always automatically goes to the premium page for Deezer. How do I solve this??

I am paying for a family premium account TO NOT HAVE ANNOYING ADS. Why are you conning you customers by running constant ads that keep repeating while listening to radio or podcasts???? Helloive just cancelled my premium account to go back to a family account so odviously my partners has stopped working which is fine… now I’ve paid for the family plan to be put back on but I can’t find anywhere where to add him please can you help me I’m sure it’s something really simple
I have again the same issue as a week ago.The problem concerns only some titles, not all.Two examples for today : Charm of Orion by Marie Bruce (and other artists).I get this message : But if I search for the artist (Marie Bruce), and then the right album (Moon Chants), the song is well available : Castle in the clouds (Beverley Craven) Although in this last case, the search is successful when I add “by” between the title and the artist ! Do you have any explanation for this for this strange and annoying behavior ? Thanks in advance
Loaded DTS Play Fi onto an iPad and signed in to my Deezer account from there. Favourite albums, artists and my playlists come over. But my favourite tracks list does not?
