I can't cancel my subscription

Hi, I want to cancel my subscription but I don't find the cancel buttom in the app. It tells there are offers but there is no way to cancel it, and it tells when it is the next payment due. Can you help me please

you signed up through the google play store, you can cancel there as well.

@Nina Nebo and @GropplerZorn are correct. But there is one thing that you can try.

Use a browser on a pc/Mac and go to Deezer.com.

Go to manage my subscription and there you can cancel your subscription.

And if this is not possible, reach out to Deezer by sending in a request like @GropplerZorn told you.

My personal experience with Deezer is that they answer very quickly.
