Sometimes, it can take a few minutes for the system to update your account status after making a payment.
Please wait a couple of minutes and then follow the steps below to log out and then log in again.
On the app:
To log out of deezer.com and desktop app, click on your profile picture (top right) and select Log out.
And are you sure if you are using the right email address?
I have tried all of the above. I can’t get into my account. I keep being asked to subscribe. I already am!
If nothing did work, please go to: https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new
And send in a request.
Here at the community, we all are Deezer users and can’t take a look at your account.
I can sign into my account but I can’t listen to music as I keep being asked to subscribe! I am subscribing!!!!!!! Aaaaaargh!

Take a deep breath….and then please take a look at your account. I don’t know if you are using the Android app or iOS. Or even the browser.
