Subscription paid. But I can't access my account

I cannot login into my Deexer account. My number is not recognized. But I babe paid for my subscription.

Sometimes, it can take a few minutes for the system to update your account status after making a payment.
Please wait a couple of minutes and then follow the steps below to log out and then log in again.
On the app:

  1. Tap on Favorites :heart:
  2. Tap on Settings ⚙
  3. Then click on My account
  4. And then Log out

To log out of deezer.com and desktop app, click on your profile picture (top right)  and select Log out.

And are you sure if you are using the right email address?

I have tried all of the above. I can’t get into my account. I keep being asked to subscribe. I already am!

If nothing did work, please go to: https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new

And send in a request.

Here at the community, we all are Deezer users and can’t take a look at your account.

I can sign into my account but I can’t listen to music as I keep being asked to subscribe! I am subscribing!!!!!!! Aaaaaargh!

Hi @vinnyheaford7 ,

Take a deep breath….and then please take a look at your account. I don’t know if you are using the Android app or iOS. Or even the browser.

Please try this:

  • Go to the Deezer.com site
  • Go in the right corner and click on your profile photo
  • Go to Manage your subscription
  • Please check if you can see if your subscription is active

If the above isn’t helping, please check if your email address is correct.

 

And last but not least: If nothing works, please contact Deezer by using this link:
