I guess that I’m too lazy to weed through all of the posts so I’m asking in my own post. Is Deezer available in Canada? Also, any comparison I’ve seen between Spotify, Tidal, Deezer, etc. show Deezer as having a HiFi plan but when I go on their website it only show Free and Premium but when you compare the plans, Premium has a check mark under HiFi. I’m confused. Is HiFi now included with Premium? How different would this be than the HiFi plan? How does this compare to the Tidal HiFi plan now? Is 360 Sony still available? I’ve only ever used Spotify Free (and Blackplayer EX for my own library) but am now thinking of getting into streaming (an old fart). I finally settled on Deezer but their website has me wondering.
Flow seems different in the last couple days as compared to before. It seems that potentially favorited artists (not just favorited songs) are now contributing to the algorithm? Is that true? If so, I think it is a great improvement. I’m now hearing artists I have favorited in Flow which is what I’ve been requesting for a long long time.Or is there something else that is new?
I have paid for Deezer premium but it isn’t coming through on the app
I referred in earlier complaints to the fact that it was a mistake I couldn't afford subscribing to the yearly plan. I've been trying to get my money refunded, but it seemed nothing happened regarding the refund. Now however, it seems my subscription WAS cancelled as per my wish, as it says I'm a free customer. But I have NOT received a refund of those circa 100 USD. So you took away the service I accidentally signed up for, but did not refund the actual money? Is this a way to treat a customer at all? I thought I did everything I could to get that refund. Now particularly being downgraded to the free service without the reward of paying services.It's making me angry and vexed that this could happen. Please explain to me how this is fair. I really need that money, especially if I'm apparently now NOT even getting the services.
I have explicit filter turned on in the Deezer app on my android phone but whenever I ask Alexa to play a particular artist and song, it plays the explicit version, even though there is a radio edit available.If I search for the same song in the app, the only version that comes up is the edited version.How can I make sure that my Alexa does not play explicit songs please?I have already enabled explicit filter on the Deezer app and in the Alexa app settings. Neither seems to make a difference.Thanks.
hi there,my FAMILY account has been hacked, all members from that account have been replaced by strange names… So i deleted all those members, now my kids are crying because they’ve lost all their playlists : -(Is there a solution to recover those playlists PLEASE ? TX
We all complain when something doesn’t work so now I want to thank the developers for the changes to the Windows desktop app. In the past it was so difficult to navigate. The ability to navigate similar to the Tidal app is great, thank you!

hallo allen is er miss een optie om het aantal playlists wat 1 gebruiker mag hebben te verhogen naar 10000 of beter meer dan spotify 15000. miss een idee om hierbij meteen de folder functie toe te voegen zodat je playlists doormiddel van folders kunt sorteren bijvoorbeeld top 40 jaren 1 folder etc zodat het allemaal wat makkelijker te vinden is. ook heb ik een vraag over evt samenwerkingen met beatport/traxsource etc spotify heeft bijvoorbeeld een samenwerking met beatport miss handig om hier eens naar te gaan kijken. ben thuis dj heb vanavond virtual dj pro infinity gekocht incombinatie met deezer premium via mijn tmobile abbo en ik moet eerlijk zeggen dat het fantastisch werkt het streamen van de deezer catalogus met virtual dj werkt perfect hoop dat dit nog jaren zo blijft jullie hebben er een zeer tevreden klant bij goede service

I searched for “Steel Prophet” to check whether the problems in their artist page on Android had already been reported. The only matching topic was I don’t see where in the search result I can get to the post with the matching words. (In this case, it seems there was no such post until I wrote it. Same with a search term (e.g. “Ghost Town” on page 7) which does occur.The search results should take you to the exact post, not just the topic.(Bonus annoyance which happened to me today: So I clicked through all 45 pages to use my browser’s find in page, and after around 20 pages I got 403 ERRORThe request could not be satisfied.Request blocked. Ik betaal een abonnement elke maand 10,99€ via kredietkaart. Staat bijvermeld Deezereurope FR75009.Ik heb echter nog steeds geen abonnement. Ik wil het ondertussen wel opzeggen. Betaal al 2 jaar voor niks eigenlijk.
Most of the “Mixes inspired by…” have been absolutely marvellous.To the point that sometimes I like every single song in it. It is painful to add song by song to a Playlist.This feature should allow me to add the songs to a new or existing Playlist. if adding to an existing Playlist, and if it finds duplicates, just display how many were skipped. An alternative would be to have a setting where duplicates in a Playlist gets moved in the order that it exist to the order coming from the mix. Thanks.

On some artists pages the discography isn't there. I'm on android 13 and on deezer app version 7.0.24.47
I noticed a long time ago that if you turn on "Mixes inspired by..." on the main screen in the computer and web versions of the application, then the playback queue does not show the songs that will be next. Even if I turn on this mix from my phone and then go to the web version, there's still only the song that's currently playing in the playback queue. Of course, I would not pay attention to this, but with the same actions in the mobile application, a playback queue of 40 tracks is immediately created.These mixes are usually very cool and I want to add them to my playlist, but it is very inconvenient to add one song on the phone. And because of the above problem, it is not possible to do this on the web version.I understand that maybe this is how the application works, then in this case I would like everything to be like on a phone in this aspect.
Is it normal to have several tracks repeated way too frequently when you are in the Flow feature?
