I paid annual fee 3 weeks ago, since 2 days  I have deezer free, my downloads are gone

It is possible that the email address you use to use Deezer is different from the email address you used to pay for your annual subscription. Could you please check your Deezer settings if the right email address is being used?

Upon reviewing your account, I can confirm that the annual plan is now active again. Could you please check if your downloads are visible now?

Also, it seems that our system detected some suspicious activity in your Deezer account recently.

As a precautionary measure, I've implemented some security measures to prevent this issue from occurring again.

To further secure your Deezer account, I recommend updating the password for your email and resetting the password for your Deezer account using the email I've sent you.

Additionally, to safeguard all your online accounts, I suggest regularly checking your systems for malicious software and conducting a device analysis to identify any potential viruses.
