Hi I have had Dezzer premium for a number of years. My bank details changed and I now don't have my discount.If I enter my new details will I get the same package with the discount?.
Deezer Free is no longer available on my country, and I would like to delete my account, but I can’t access the account settings page on the website because it keeps throwing me into the plans page, is there any other way I can delete my account?

poor Imogen heaps pfp is no longer a photo of her or any of her songs and is instead, asap Rocky’s cover on a song of hers that got sampled, a copy of a copy. All 3 of the songs are good and sampling/remixing songs are valid. But Imogen deserves at least her face/pfp/own song on her artist page.
This is basic and very useful functionality, shuffling all the songs in my favorite albums. Please bring it back as soon as possible.
Hello Deezer Community: Our artist page has been already claimed, according to Deezer. (We set it up in 2019) But when signing in to ‘Deezer for Artists’ I get yet another request to claim it, an ask for the UPC, and then the system takes me round and round in circles. Band’s name is TYRANTS IN THERAPY.Originally claimed artists page in 2019.What are the magic steps to get access to creator tools? Links to Help topics are wild goose chases. Hi,Did anybody had to open a ticket to Deezer support and had a bad experience with them ?On short, I opened a ticket related to Flow not working. I had the same songs played over and over again. About twenty or something like that.In the ticket, I mentioned that I have the same problem on mobile, Windows app and web. They obviously asked for app versions and after I provided them the version of each app (Android and Windows) they closed the ticket by saying that I do not use an official app. I had to figure it out that they were referring to the Windows app which, indeed, was old. I was left speechless.They totally ignored the mentions about the Android app and web.This is how the support “works” nowadays ?

Before the most recent update I used to be able to swipe left when in a playlist or album and see track count and run time. Is it hidden somewhere else or just eliminated? Was a very handy tool. Also would display year album was released. Please bring back.
The recently played section keeps randomly moving from the home page to the favorites page.Sometimes I open the app and it's there, and sometimes I have to find it. Honestly, it's a lot more convenient to just have on the main page, so I can just go back to what I was listening to instead of digging through menus. But I can't find anything in the app settings to bring it back to the home page. It doesn't seem dependent on the app getting updated either, I'm just beholden to it's digital whims on whether or not it shows up. The continue streaming isn't useful as it's just artists in my library, I haven't listened to any of the artists shown there in over a year so I'm not sure why it's even being recommended. Has anyone else run into this? I noticed on the desktop app it's moved too.
When I am listening to my Deezer it stops playing after one or two songs and tells me that someone else is listening and I should try a Family membership. We already have a family membership and nobody else is listening at the same time. I’m not sure what to do.
Hello, i have noticed today that my account into has been changed and playlist have beed created without my knowledge. First thing, my accounts country has been changed to Peru. Songs that have been listened to are unknown to me. I have not used deezer a lot in this month, as such leakage of data is evident. I need you to investigate this issue as its obvious that there has been a breach, if not. I'll have to look it up future to my provider.

Please fix this then reinstate & restore my deezer playlist & favorites 2 payments in October so should be credited a month. I tried to update payment method to resubscribe to premium and added card to do payment on & reset password. Yet, it will not allow me to reset it & resuscribe. I only want my previous playlist & favorites I built in my deezer profile I created customer service! My name is Keisha Jones need customer care! I wish we had a better way to contact was charge twice and attached proof & receipts. I read you need more business, growth, & sales for the shareholders & stakeholders well it is done with quality with quantity that's what keeps clients so we recommend your music streaming to others! Hello, I have a question. Currently I am using deezer acc connected to my business number. If I change a number, could I use the same subscription ( same acc with same mail)? Could I connect new number but keep everything else? I have lots of playlist and I would be so happy if I can keep everything but connect to same mobile provider but different number.
These are not new songs and I’ve listened to them before. Absolutely no indication.
The Favorites page on the old app had Music and Podcasts next to each other as tabs. New app has irrelevant Favorite Tracks at top of page (non of which are played often/favourties) and one has to scroll down past Playlist, Albums, Artists, Downloaded Music to get to Podcasts (hard to do while driving!). How do I change the layout of the Favorites page (and Home page too, if possible?)?
